Refund and Returns Policy
1. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

We partner with the following reliable carriers for timely delivery across the U.S.:

Order Tracking:
If tracking is provided by the carrier, we’ll update your order with the tracking number. Note: Some economy USPS shipments may not include tracking.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are based on product weight and destination. Charges will be shown during checkout before you finalize your order.
Out-of-Stock Items:
If any item is backordered, we’ll ship the available items first and send the remaining ones at no additional cost once restocked.
2. Returns & Refunds
Perishable Grocery Items:
Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on perishable items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat) unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
Non-Perishable Items:
Unopened, non-perishable goods (e.g., canned goods, packaged snacks) can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery with order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund, depending on availability.
Refused Shipments:
If you refuse delivery without valid reason, a restocking fee of $10 per item may apply.
